My name is Maéva

I am curious, a jack-of-all-trades, driven by a constant thirst to learn, understand and evolve.


I read, I move, I travel, I grow.

The body and movement have always been a part of my life. And it is through yoga that I have found a practice deeply aligned with my values:
gentleness, listening, awareness and respect for each person's pace.

I am a certified vinyasa yoga and face yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance), licensed in the United Arab Emirates (no. CN-6369503).

For me, yoga is much more than a series of postures.
It is a space for connecting with oneself, a moment to slow down, breathe and find the balance between body and mind.

  • Through Vinyasa, I guide you towards a stronger and more aligned body.

  • Through facial yoga, I help you release visible and invisible tensions, and regain softness and tone.

Each session is designed as a parenthesis of kindness and reconnection.

This site was born from this simple conviction: taking care of yourself doesn't need to be complicated, brutal, or rushed.

Here, there are no injunctions, no performance requirements, no unrealistic promises.
Just a quiet space, to get back to basics.

Online face yoga

Relax, tone and brighten your face with a gentle and mindful practice.

I suggest several ways to incorporate facial yoga into your daily routine:

• A subscription giving access to a library of guided videos to practice at your own pace.
• Group classes to practice together and deepen your techniques.

And if you wish to work on a specific area (jaw, eyelids, forehead, oval of the face, sinuses) I offer a personalized 30-day routine.

This program includes:
• 3 appointments (in person or online)
• An exercise plan tailored to your needs
• Support to establish new, sustainable habits that fit with your lifestyle
